H2H Network Coordinator - Judith Burchett
Judith has been the H2H Network Coordinator since 2016. An experienced humanitarian project manager, she spent 10 years at ACAPS leading a variety of projects on Syria, the W. Africa Ebola crisis and the European Refugee crisis, as well as heading up their external learning programme. She has a background in learning and development and has worked extensively with local and international NGOs to design and deliver capacity building activities. She is passionate about the potential of collaborative action to improve humanitarian response.
H2H Network’s Programme and humanitarian adviser - Rebecca Petras
Rebecca is the H2H Network’s programme and humanitarian adviser, assisting in inception, strategy and sustainability of the network and DFID's investment in the network and its fund, including oversight of monitoring, evidence and learning program for DFID's Humanitarian Global Services programme. Previously Rebecca was deputy director of Translators without Borders (TWB) where she oversaw global operations of the international NGO and was one of the founding members of the H2H Network. She developed TWB’s financial sustainability model, and created and funded the first-ever crisis relief translation network and the Gamayun language technology initiative. Rebecca has 25 years of experience in management, strategy, fundraising, partnership development, and communications for small and start-up non-profit and for-profit entities, with emphasis on H2H and B2B service organizations.
H2H Finance manager - Alice Darcq
Alice has more than 7 years of experience in audit and finance positions. She joined a large audit company in Paris for 3 years, having completed a masters in Corporate finance in France. She undertook two field missions to Bangladesh and India in the microfinance sector as an audit /finance management consultant, then worked for Solidarités International as Internal auditor and then West Africa Finance Manager for 3 years. She now dedicates her energy and enthusiasm to the H2H network!
