The CartoBLOG is a place to share our experiences, our technical tests, our feedback on tools, interesting articles that we read...

CartONG’s staff and volunteers write about Mobile Data Collection, GIS, Information Management, Mapping, and in general new technologies in the humanitarian and development sectors.

If you want to contribute to the blog, you can even submit your articles as long as they fit in our editorial policy. As always, CartONG encourages information sharing and collaboration to be as effective as possible for our beneficiaries and partners.

CartONG, a French NGO, was set up in 2006 by cartographers who wanted to improve the way aid agencies were using maps and geographic information. It has since expanded and now offers many innovative tools of information management, mapping, analysis and communication to aid organizations.
